Strictly's Chris McCausland issues scathing warning to BBC show bosses

Chris McCausland has demanded bosses watch out as he promised them they would be "having words" if his warning wasn't heard.

The comedian has made history in to take part in and has grown into a firm fan favourite as he continues to compete for the Glitterball with .

During this Saturday's instalment of the programme, the pair managed to reach the next stage of the competition with a spooky samba but this Monday (October 28), admitted he thought his Halloween performance was "horrible", before letting Strictly bosses know he was on to them.

"It was horrible", he first said when asked by presenter how he felt his performance had gone. He then added: "I don't like going on first and if they put me on first again, we're going to be having words. My routine went out the window", as he resented production for throwing him out into the ballroom before the rest of his competitors.

Chris then explained he was deprived of the privilege they were given - as he was due to launch Saturday's show, he was unable to go through his dance again in a "little room", where contestants wait their turn before dancing. "When you're on first, you don't get any of that. You have to be in a queue and when you're in a queue, you think. And the more I thought, the more I realised - I don't know these stands!"

Chris has been an outspoken Strictly contestant since he first walked on to the dancefloor with his professional partner on his arm and has even poked fun at judge on multiple occasions. But in more recent news, the comedian with Lord .

as he watched an episode of earlier this month. Alan, 77, took to to criticise the latest batch of celebrities in this year's dance show line-up, referring to them as "gimmicks".

Chris hit back with The Royal National Institute of Blind People also criticising Alan's rant. Speaking in a new interview over the weekend, Chris reflected further on Alan's comments.

Recalling how Alan claims the "gimmicks" he was referring to had nothing to do with the show's blind and deaf contestants, Chris mused: "But what was he on about? I can't imagine." He went on to tell The Times: "Some people are in a position where they should know to keep things inside their heads. We all have these thoughts from time to time, don't we, but we can just keep them to ourselves."

Many fans had also rallied behind Chris McCausland to respond to Lord Alan Sugar's comments. "Answered perfectly Chris. If your comments are aimed at individuals with disabilities you should be ashamed of yourself @Lord_Sugar", one notably penned. Another fan added: "He's only jealous cause with 20/20 Vision he couldn't pull of half of the moves you have or win the respect of the public for doing something so amazing. Don't waste your typing energy Chris, just keep dancing you legend."
