Bihar Board Compartment Exam 2025 Time Table: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has released the date sheet for special and compartment examinations for classes 10th and 12th. These examinations are being conducted for those students who could not appear or failed in the main board examinations held in February 2025.

Bihar Board Matriculation (Class 10th) Examinations

Class 10th Special and Compartment examinations will be conducted in two shifts starting from May 2, 2025.

Morning shift: 9:30 am to 12:45 pm

Afternoon shift: 2:00 pm to 5:15 pm

Students can apply to appear for the examination in a maximum of three subjects. This includes English, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, and one optional subject.

Bihar Board Intermediate (Class 12th) Exams
BSEB 12th class special and compartment examinations will be held on 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 13 May 2025. These will also be held in two shifts every day. Students will get time to read the question paper 15 minutes before the start of the exam.

Re-evaluation and Result
Students who were not satisfied with their marks were allowed to apply for scrutiny of answer sheets between 1 April to 8 April 2025. This process ended on 12 April. The board has indicated that the results of special and compartment examinations can be declared by 31 May 2025.

Glimpse of previous exam results
In March 2025, BSEB released the annual examination results of classes 10th and 12th. The pass percentage of class 12th this time was 86.50%, which is slightly less than last year's 87.21%. Out of a total of 12,80,211 candidates, 11,07,330 were successful. Whereas, 82.11% of students were successful in class 10th. The number of students who passed in the third division was 3,07,792, of which 1,38,144 were boys and 1,69,648 were girls.
