There is no online option for this. You will have to visit physically. For this, you should go to your nearest Aadhaar enrollment center or update center. There you will have to get biometric verification done, only after that the mobile number will be updated.
To update a new mobile number by going to the Aadhaar center, first take your Aadhaar card with you. There you have to fill a form. In which you have to write the new number. After this, your identity is confirmed by scanning your fingerprint or iris.
You also have to pay a charge to update a new mobile number. Currently, a charge of Rs 50 is taken for updating the mobile number. After payment, you will be given an Update Request Number i.e. URN, through which you can check later whether your new number has been updated or not.
