Canara Robeco Asset Management Company Limited (CRAMC) has announced a price band of Rs 253 to Rs 266 per equity share for its upcoming Rs 1,326 crore initial public offering (IPO).
The offer comprises an offer-for-sale (OFS) of up to 4.98 crore equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each. The IPO will open for subscription on October 9 and close on October 13.
Anchor investors can place their bids on October 8.
The offer is being made through the book-building process and post the issue, the equity shares will be listed on the NSE and BSE, with the tentative listing date set for October 16.

The IPO consists solely of an offer for sale by the promoter shareholders — Canara Bank and ORIX Corporation Europe N.V. (OCE). Canara Bank will sell up to 25,924,266 equity shares, while OCE will offer up to 23,930,091 equity shares. The weighted average cost of acquisition per share for Canara Bank is Rs 2.01, while for OCE it is Rs 12.87.

The price band of Rs 253 to Rs 266 per share implies a floor price that is 25.3 times and a cap price that is 26.6 times the face value of Rs 10. The minimum bid lot is 56 equity shares, and bids must be placed in multiples thereof.
At the upper end, the price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio based on diluted EPS for fiscal 2025 stands at 27.82 times, while at the lower end, it is 26.46 times. The weighted average return on net worth over the past three financial years is 30.97%.
