Global accounting and consulting firm KNAV has announced the merger of UK-based Aventus Partners Ltd into its fold, in a strategic move aimed at reinforcing its cross-border delivery capabilities and strengthening the India–UK–US–Europe corridor.
Headquartered in Atlanta and founded in Mumbai in 1999, KNAV has evolved into a global player with operations across the United States, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Canada, the Netherlands, and the Philippines.
The latest merger with Aventus follows KNAV’s recent integrations of HLG Netherlands and Natarajan & Swaminathan in Singapore, as part of its “One Firm” global strategy.
“This merger reflects our commitment to building a globally integrated practice anchored around our exceptionally talented team in India,” said Vaibhav Manek, CEO of KNAV India. “The UK plays a strategic role in our corridor strategy, alongside the US, Netherlands, and Singapore. Expanding our capabilities in these hubs allows us to better serve Indian multinational companies with agility and global consistency.”
The integration of Aventus brings four partners and 27 professionals into KNAV’s UK operations, bolstering its ability to serve Indian multinational companies expanding into overseas markets while strengthening local on-ground capabilities.
“KNAV is building a truly global professional services firm—one that brings together local insight, cross-border capability, and world-class leadership,” said Nikhil Kamath, Founder of NKSquared, which is an investor in the KNAV group. “This integration reflects the kind of forward-looking, execution-driven growth that we are proud to support.”
