Ingredients
Bitter gourd - 2-3
Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder - 1 pinch (optional)
Salt - according to taste
Method
- First of all, choose a soft bitter gourd. After this, make a cut in the middle of the bitter gourd remove its seeds, and separate them.
- After this, cut big pieces of bitter gourd. If you want, you can also use bitter gourd with seeds.
- Now transfer the cut bitter gourd pieces to the mixer and add half a cup of water to it. After this, grind the bitter gourd by putting the lid on.
- After grinding the bitter gourd for a minute, open the lid and check. If the bitter gourd paste seems too thick, then add some more water as per the need.

- After this, blend the bitter gourd well and make juice. After this, filter the bitter gourd juice with the help of a sieve in a vessel.
- Then pour the prepared juice into a serving glass and add lemon juice, a pinch of roasted cumin, and a little salt on top and mix with a spoon.
