A white lace co-ord might sound overtly feminine, but M&S’s latest take is anything but girlish. This pairing—cut with a crisp silhouette, and a high-neck puff-sleeve blouse with modern cutwork—lands firmly in the realm of chic romance rather than whimsy. The proportions are also very clever: volume at the sleeve balances the wide leg of the trousers, meaning you won't look wide at the bottom.
