When going out in the winter season, stay away from crowded places and maintain a distance of about six feet from people. This reduces the risk of infection.

In winter, the humidity in the air decreases, which makes it easier for viruses to spread. Using a humidifier keeps the air moist and helps kill the virus.

7. Good sleep and healthy diet

Good sleep, a balanced diet, and regular exercise make your immunity stronger. This helps your body fight germs, reducing the risk of catching a cold.

8. Get a flu vaccine

It is very important to get a flu vaccine every year before winter. This vaccine is updated every year to protect against the new strain of flu that year. By adopting these small measures, you and your family can stay safe from cold and other diseases during the winter season.
