Princess Anne has sent royal fans into a frenzy today after she was spotted carrying her own luggage as she disembarked a commercial flight. The Princess Royal, 75, flew to Brisbane today for her final engagements in Australia.
Rather than flying privately, the King's sister boarded a commercial flight, showing that she really isn't interested in the royal treatment. This was something noticed by fans, who have been quick to praise the no-fuss royal online as she spends her last day in the country before flying to Singapore.
One person wrote on X: "Princess Anne has won hearts Down Under. Her no-fuss charm and kindness was a huge success in Oz."
Someone else wrote: "Carries her own bag. No fuss just gets the job done."
Another person commented: "I smile when I see Princess Anne carrying her bags. She really is precious."
A fourth fan said: "She's the real deal."
The princess visited the Gallipoli Barracks on Remembrance Day in Brisbane, Australia, today, where she laid a wreath.
She has been in Australia since November 8 carrying out various engagements, alongside her husband Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence.
The couple will now carry out engagements in Singapore before flying back to the UK later this week.
