Fall Snowstorm Turns Yellowstone National Park Into A Winter Wonderland

A fall snowstorm gusted through the Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming on late Thursday and early Friday, creating a magical experience for visitors. The incoming of the snowstorm felt like a winter wonderland for tourists who had visited to get a glimpse of the bison and enjoy the white scenic beauty of the park, according to USA Today. There were some visitors who queued for an hour to see the park covered in snow. Several visitors also went into restricted areas to take a glance at the herd of elk from a distance. The Old Faithful was also surrounded by visitors who were expecting to watch an eruption in the chilly weather. A tourist from Southern California said, "Wasn't it beautiful all covered in snow?" as she clicked a photo in front of the park sign after their trip, as reported by USA Today. The snow started melting in the areas having a warmer temperature and by afternoon, much of the snow had melted.
