Along with Obama and Biden, former President Bill Clinton also joined the memorial service at the Cathedral of St. Matthew the Apostle in Washington DC on Wednesday afternoon.Biden delivered the eulogy at the memorial service for his 'dear friend,' the Kennedy matriarch, who died last Thursday at the age of 96. Following her death, Biden called her “an American icon — a matriarch of optimism and moral courage, an emblem of resilience and service.”“For over 50 years, Ethel traveled, marched, boycotted, and stood up for human rights around the world with her signature iron will and grace,” Biden said.President Obama, meanwhile, said: "Most Americans got to know Ethel as a wife, mother, and grandmother—you can hear some of those great-grandchildren as we speak—the woman who, standing alongside her husband, helped inspire the idealism of an entire generation. "She helped raise a legion of changemakers and public servants, and she was proud of those roles. She loved family just as she loved friendship. As anyone who ever met her knows, she was much more than that. While Bobby was shy and serious, Ethel was not."🔥🚨DEVELOPING: President Obama was seen scolding Joe Biden at Ethel Kennedy Memorial Service according to viewers.
