Tight security at airport, rly stns

Lucknow: Railways, Metro and airport authorities have strengthened the security parameter. At stations like Charbagh, Lucknow Junction, Manaknagar, Aishbagh, Badshahnagar, Malhaur, Gomti Nagar and other intermediary stations under city limits, the GRP and RPF along with commercial department are keeping a constant tab in every nook and corner of railway stations and trains originating or passing by. All defunct CCTVs have been reinstated in service. Similarly, in the Metro and at the airport, the CISF has strengthened the security check and every vehicle entering on airport premises is being checked thoroughly. The airport authorities have advised the passengers to arrive at the airport at least one and a half hours in advance as security checks will take time. Also avoid carrying loose items such as perfume or any kind of liquid in check-in baggage.
