The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) officially released the results for the June 2025 CS Professional Programme on August 25, 2025, prompting a wave of relief and celebration among thousands of aspiring company secretaries across the nation. The results, available from 11:00 AM IST on the ICSI website (icsi.edu), include detailed scorecards reflecting individual performance.
The results for both CS professional courses with 2017 and 2022 syllabus are now available to check. Along with the results, ICSI has also released the provisional merit list for both categories.
How to download ICSI CS professional resultFollow these steps to access and download your result for the Professional Programme:
Visit icsi.edu, the institute’s official website.
On the homepage, click the link labeled “CS Professional Result June 2025” (for Professional Programme) or “CS Executive Result June 2025” for the latter.
On the login page, enter your roll number and 17-digit registration number or PIN as applicable.
Submit your credentials to view your result, which will include subject-wise marks and overall status.

Digital copy of ICSI CS results 2025For the Professional Programme, candidates can access their digital scorecards online immediately after the result declaration. Additionally, a physical copy of the result-cum-marks statement will be dispatched by post to the registered address of the candidate. In case the hard copy is not received within 30 days of result declaration, candidates should promptly contact ICSI at exam@icsi.edu for assistance.
On the other hand, for the Executive Programme, only an electronic result-cum-marks statement will be issued. No physical copies will be sent, and candidates are advised to download and securely save their e-result for future reference.
What’s next for successful candidatesFor those who clear the Professional Programme, they become eligible for ICSI membership and can begin contributing to corporate governance and compliance roles.
