ICSI CS Toppers 2025 for Professional Programme: Prashil Singh and Bhumi Vinod Mehta achieve rank 1, check full merit list here

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has declared the results for the CS Professional Programme June 2025 examination today, August 25, on its official website icsi.edu. This year, two candidates have emerged as toppers under different syllabus streams. Prashil Singh has bagged All India Rank (AIR) 1 in the Professional Programme (Old Syllabus – 2017), while Bhumi Vinod Mehta secured the top position in the Professional Programme (New Syllabus – 2022).

The Institute has also released the provisional merit lists for both syllabi, featuring the names of students who have demonstrated exceptional academic excellence. Candidates can check their results and download scorecards from the official ICSI portal using their login credentials.
CS Professional programme toppers: Old and New syllabusThe CS Professional Programme is conducted under two syllabi – Syllabus 2017 (Old) and Syllabus 2022 (New). Both streams saw outstanding performances this session.
