The National Testing Agency ( NTA ) has issued the admit card for the April-May 2025 session of the National Initiative for Technical Teachers Training ( NITTT ) examination. The computer-based test is scheduled to take place on August 29, 30 and September 6, 7, 2025. Candidates can now download their hall ticket directly from the official portal, nittt.nta.ac.in

How to download NITTT admit card 2025

Candidates can download their NITTT 2025 admit card by following these simple steps:

  • Visit the official website – nittt.nta.ac.in
  • Click on the link that reads ‘Download NITTT Admit Card 2025 ’.
  • Enter your application number, date of birth, and security code.
  • The admit card will appear on the screen.
  • Download and take a printout for future use.

    NITTT 2025 exam schedule and mode
    The NITTT 2025 examination will be conducted in online remote proctored mode. Each test will last for three hours and will be held in two slots:

    • First shift: 10 am to 1 pm
    • Second shift: 2 pm to 4 pm

    As per the official exam pattern, the paper will contain 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs).

    The NTA has also announced a webinar for aspirants from 3 pm to 4:30 pm today, and a mock test will be organised tomorrow from 10 am to 6 pm.


    NITTT 2025: Guidelines for candidates
    The National Testing Agency has shared detailed instructions that candidates must strictly follow during the exam:

    • Candidates must uphold the sanctity of the examination and avoid any unfair practices.
    • The test will be monitored remotely by human proctors, who will track both physical movements and on-screen activities.
    • If a proctor notices suspicious eye movements or any irregular activity, candidates may be asked to display their surroundings via webcam. Failure to comply with instructions after repeated warnings can result in exam termination.
    • Candidates should regularly check the chat window for any messages or directions from the proctor.
    • Use of papers for rough work or note-making is strictly prohibited.
    • Only the admit card, a valid identity proof, and drinking water in a transparent bottle will be allowed during the test.
    About NITTT scheme
    The National Initiative for Technical Teachers Training (NITTT) is a programme launched by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the Ministry of Education (MoE) to provide training for teachers in AICTE-approved technical institutions. Newly recruited teachers undergo online training through eight modules on the SWAYAM platform under the Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) format, followed by one-month industrial training and a mentor-based programme. The National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTTR) Chennai serves as the coordinating institute for this initiative.
