On National Pet Day, actor Kunal Jaisingh recalls bringing his pet dog, Zoey, whom he considered as his kid. He became a household name after playing the role of Omkara in the popular TV show Ishqbaaz. The day is celebrated on April 11 to highlight the significance of the human-animal's beautiful bond.
He said, "The pets are remarkable for their capacity to love. But everyone should atleast once experience about pet's sense of humour or its ability to be goofy, compassionate, or comforting. Animals bring a vast number of benefits to their human companions, improving every aspect of their owners' lives; from their health to their optimism and outlook towards the future."
He continued, "I remember bringing Zoey to our house. And I was really delighted to see how she became the centre from a stranger for all of us. They are skilled to impress and become friends with ones who have a phobia from pets. Today, Zoey is the heart of my family. Even our extended family or friends make sure to check about her well-being. They are special and meaningful gifts from nature to human beings."
He added, "Zoey is and will always be our first baby. I wish and pray for her to always be healthy, joyful, and surrounded by love. May she never feel alone, and may every day bring her new adventures, belly rubs, and warm cuddles. She deserves the world. Zoey’s emotional intelligence is incredible. She senses every mood, every shift in energy, and always responds with love—whether it’s sitting quietly beside us during tough times or dancing around when we’re happy. That deep emotional connection binds her to us in the most beautiful, unspoken way."
Highlighting the importance of furry friends in life, the actor was last seen in the titular role of Anirban Banerjee in the TV drama Durga Aur Charu. He shared, "Pets are playful beings in the house as they keep everyone, young and old, happy in the house. It is believed that elders find great companions in pets, and kids who grow up with pets are less self-centred than the ones who have no pets at home. With pets at home, you always feel attached to your house and want to come home soon, no matter where you are. They are living creatures that have habits, quirks, and personalities that can keep you laughing for hours."
On work front Kunal is popularly known for featuring in shows like Muskuraane Ki Vajah Tum Ho, Pavitra Bhagya, Dil Boley Oberoi, among others.
