Not all love stories are in the ring: 4 WWE stars with non-wrestling spouses

There are many top WWE superstars who are married to partners who are not wrestlers like them.

WWE has been the worldwide giant for countless talented in-ring athletes in the world. These superstars have been some of the greatest personalities in the business and command a huge level of fame and popularity. Despite their status, there is an elite of WWE superstars who are not married to the people involved in the business.

While superstars like Seth Rollins, Johnny Gargano and Cody Rhodes, all found partners inside the wrestling business, some names of similar status found love outside the squared circle. Here are the four top current WWE superstars who married people outside the ring:

4. Dominik Mysterio
Dominik Mysterio broke away from the shadow of his WWE Hall of Famer father, Rey Mysterio, to carve out his own path in WWE. He has gained prominence as a narcissist heel and a ladies man with his onscreen chemistry with top stars like Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley. Despite his playboy style gimmick, Mysterio is a happily married man to his high school sweetheart, Marie Juliette, who has not ties with the wrestling business at all.

3. AJ Styles
AJ Styles is one of the top veterans of the wrestling business. Yet, The Phenomenal One found love outside the industry with a woman named Wendy who is a school teacher. The duo has been married since 2000 and have a loving family with their children residing in Gainsville, Georgia.

2. Roman Reigns
Roman Reigns is undoubtedly one of the biggest WWE superstars of all time. The Tribal Chief commands the presence and admiration among the WWE Universe like no other. However, he had found love with Galina Becker, a former collegiate athlete and fitness model much before he became The Tribal Chief of wrestling. Becker has chosen to focus on their family and never stepped in the ring so far.
1. John Cena
The Greatest of All Time, John Cena, has been the hero of millions for a long time and earned the status of a marquee attraction for his two-decadede long career in wrestling. Cena has been married twice in his life and both of his wives have been outside the wrestling business. His first wife, Elizabeth Huberdeau was not from the wrestling fratenity. Similarly, his current spouse, Shay Shariatzadeh belongs to the software industry with no connection to the wrestling world.
